MANUFACTURING THE SADDLE BY MEASURING AND CHECKING THE EQUIscan® FIT

After receiving the EQUIscan® measurement, Zaldi sets up the EQUIscan® topograph with the same data and can thus calculate the corresponding details for the customised production and manufacture the saddle accordingly. After production, the topograph is then set up again, as is the corresponding ‘vacuum pad’, which simulates the horse’s back. The fit of the saddle is then checked on the panel. As a final check, the topograph is placed in the saddle and checked. Photos of the fit check are taken and made available to the customer.
