When you order a customised saddle from us with the measurements determined by the EQUIscan®, it is automatically determined whether you need normal or short panels for your horse and whether this is compatible with the rider’s anatomy.

All standard saddles come with normal length panels. The length of the panels, as well as the length of the contact surface of each individual saddle in the corresponding seat size, can be found on the Zaldi website. Please bear in mind that a total of 5 cm must be deducted from the length of the panels, as the saddle does not rest on the entire length of the panels in order to determine the length of the saddle support (according to ZALDI).

If you order a standard saddle or a saddle based on your measurements, you can ORDER the option of shorter panels online WITHOUT SURCHARGE. Please bear in mind that the length of the saddle must also be proportional to the rider’s seat size and anatomy.
